Nichev Labs provides AI-powered software products, each operating as an independent service with its own features, pricing, and terms. Your use of each product is subject to these general terms plus any product-specific terms presented at signup.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• One person or entity per account, accounts are not transferable

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid features require an active subscription
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your plan
• Each product has its own independent subscription
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our services
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit our AI systems

6. AI-Generated Content

• Our AI assistants provide suggestions and analysis, not professional advice
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs
• AI outputs should not replace professional consultation in regulated fields (medical, legal, financial)

7. Your Data

• You retain ownership of all data you input into our products
• We do not use your data to train AI models
• You can request export or deletion of your data at any time

8. Intellectual Property

Our products, brand names, logos, and the selectools framework are the intellectual property of Nichev Labs. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without authorization. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nichev Labs provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
